If you live in or visiting the UK, there are a few different options to take a ferry or minicruise from either Hull or Newcastle. These ferry journeys are done overnight and spend one day in Amsterdam

On the ferry from Hull there is also two cinemas which show you up to date films as well as 3 different bars for you to have drinks in and look out over the sea.

Once arriving in the Netherland there should be transport to take you to and from the city centre

Spend your morning taking a look at Amsterdam Centraal as it is a beautiful building as well as wonder around the shops visit the flower market and take your photo at the Iamsterdam sign.

Van Gogh Museum

The Amsterdam Van Gogh Museum has the worlds largest collection of the work of Vincent Van Gogh. They also have free guided tours. To skip the queues you can buy tickets in advance online.

Anne Frank House

The Anne Frank house is a must when visiting Amsterdam. The Anne Frank house has personal belongings and documents of the Frank family. As well as family portraits and the hiding place. Just to let you know if you are going before 1/5/18 you need to book online in advance with a time slot!

Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn’s lived in the house where the museum is. The museum has a large collection of his work. The Museum also holds exhibitions from contemporary artists who have been inspired by Rembrandt's work.
