Why did you start travel blogging? How long have you been doing it?
I initially started my blog, Delalicious, which predominantly focuses on food over 2 years ago. Through my blog, I aim to inspire others to fuel their lives with healthy, wholesome ingredients through easy-to-use recipes for all.
As an extension of my blog, I began by completing restaurant reviews and am currently extending this to international locations as I’m travelling.

- Cabo Polonio, Uruguay – unspoilt, majestic and tranquil.
Milford Sound, New Zealand – breath-taking, relaxing and adventurous.
Varanasi, India – unique, circle of life and inspiring.
What’s the best thing about being a travel blogger?
Getting to share special places, tastes and feelings with others.

Sometimes you can feel under pressure to keep your blog updated whilst travelling.

Apart from my home town Fethard, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, I love to be beside the sea or hiking through wilderness anywhere in the world.

After spending 3 months in New Zealand, Australia is next destination on my year of travel.
